Member platform
GDTC connects verified companies for cross-border trade, so that a first approach to a supplier or a buyer starts from a checked record instead of a cold introduction. Membership is by invitation and review: the Council invites you to open a candidacy, and our team verifies your company before anything of yours is published.
How membership works
Nothing is skipped and nothing is implied. A candidacy becomes a listed member company only after the fee is paid and our team has finished the verification.
Your company is not published to the directory when you sign up, and it is not published when you pay. Both the payment and the staff review have to be complete first. Until then your candidacy is visible to you and to our team, and to nobody else.
What membership carries
Directory
Full-text search across member companies by name, sector, product, country and trade role, with a filter for verified companies only. The directory is public, so a company listed in it can be found by the people looking for it.
Requests
Post what you are buying or selling, with the product, the quantity, the incoterm and the destination, and answer what other members post. The board is open to active members only.
Messaging
Write to another member company directly, or answer a trade request and open a thread with the company that posted it. Every message sits with the company it belongs to, not in a personal inbox.
Verification
Your profile carries what was actually checked: the date your membership began, how many documents are on file, and how complete your profile is. The verified mark is written by our team against your registration documents. It is not something a payment turns on.
The membership fee
The fee covers the term of membership. It is paid once, at the start, and it is what puts your candidacy in front of our team.

The Council's programmes are supported by the people and institutions below, each of whom asked to be named. Amounts are never published.
